BECOME A MEMBER!

What do I get out of being a member?  Like everything else in life, you usually get what you put into it.  At the minimum, you get opportunities to promote your business through networking and events.  There are sponsorship opportunities to that get your name out there.  You are listed on our website with your logo, description of your business and a link to your website.  You get a discounted booth at both the Annual Mattituck Street Fair and First Fridays.

You can request to be on the Board and help with creating and executing ideas that help not only your business but the community.

What does the chamber do?  The Chamber is here to support local business.  We help advocate in local, county and state government when appropriate.  We provide several scholarships for high school seniors going to college or a trade school.  We offer opportunities to promote your business.  You are included on our site, our social media and emails.  You are informed of what is happening in the greater Mattituck area.

What is a Member at Large membership?  The benefits are the same, but a Member at Large is for people that want to be involved in the Chamber, but don’t have a business or have retired from business. Everyone else is a regular member. 

As a Member, do I get a tree?  During the Holiday Season, trees are placed along the Main Road, North Rd, and Love Lane in front of a member business.  If your business is along these main corridors, then most likely. The intent is to help make the holidays more festive and still represent local business in our area.

How can I help?  Get involved!  Join the Board, Join a Committee, or Volunteer to help with an event.  It’s not that much of a commitment at all and there is no better way to be a part of something than being there.  Reach out to us at info@mattituckchamber.org.
